Requirements

  • Must be 21 years or older to apply

  • Must have a valid driver’s license

  • Must be able to easily walk up and down hills 

  • Must be able to work remotely once training has been completed

​

Position Expectations:

This is not a position for someone with the “I’m only working from 9 to 5” mindset.

 

We’re striving for huge growth and it’s going to take hard work, and sometimes long hours, but in the end, you’ll see that it was all worth it when you’re enjoying the freedom, work life, and lifestyle that you’ve always desired!

 

You’ll be primarily responsible for contacting prospective buyers and setting appointments!

You’re our doorway and then once we’re in we’ll make you proud to be a part of our organization.

 

Daily Duties would include…

  • Contacting and setting appointments with prospective clients utilizing your personal contacts, networking within your community, and also on social media.

  • Contacting company-provided leads to prospective clients via phone, email, or text.

  • Attending (company-paid) expos/trade shows with possible overnight stays (in-state only)

  • Joining (company-paid) weekly networking group meetings

  • Assisting with fieldwork by measuring and taking pictures of homes and/or commercial buildings

  • Completing prospective client quote forms and submitting them to the sales department

  • Following up on quote presentations by phone, email, or text, when required.

  • If you’re a licensed insurance agent, we’ll train you to complete the entire process from beginning to end allowing you to make even more money.
