We’re an established insurance and financial services agency, combined with an up-and-coming business management firm, looking for hungry Independent Marketing & Sales Associates who are ready to earn what they know they’re worth.
This is not a “get rich quick” scheme, and if all you’re looking for is just a paycheck, then this is not the opportunity for you!
You will be expected to go above and beyond just showing up, putting in your time, and going home. We will be building your future together and it’s going to take hard work, and yes, sometimes very long hours beyond the norm, but knowing that in the end, it was all worth it when you are running your own practice while living the lifestyle that you desire!

DAILY DUTIES - Full Training Will Be Provided

Marketing – New Lead Generation
-
Generating new leads by utilizing your own personal network, networking within your community, and managing your social media accounts.

Setting up and attending expos/trade shows with possible overnight stays (in-state only).

Joining and attending weekly networking group meetings.
​
Sales – Products and Services
-
Must be willing to get Wisconsin Property & Casualty + Life Insurance License.

Cold/Warm calling up on company-provided leads to prospective clients.
-
Setting up information fact-finding appointments for yourself with prospective clients to find out their needs, and how our services and products can help solve their problems.

Performing field work by measuring and taking pictures of homes and/or commercial buildings that are being quoted.

Performing new business quotes by entering information gathered from fact-finding appointments.
-
Responding to underwriter queries during the quoting process to help streamline quote turn-around times.

Putting together quote presentations for final presentation to prospective clients.

Presenting our services and products with the goal of closing the deal.

Following up on quote presentations by phone, email, or text, when required.

Processing new client paperwork.
